Problem Note 44136: Message IKJ56247I is written to the JOBLOG when the FILEMSGS SAS® system option is set in SAS® 9.3
In SAS 9.3, during initialization of the SAS system, if the SAS system option FILEMSGS is specified, multiple IKJ56427I messages appear in the JES JOBLOG and JES SYSMSGS files. SAS 9.3 issues a Write To Operator (WTO) when a nonzero return code from Dynamic Allocation (DYNALLOC) occurs if the SAS system option FILEMSGS is in effect.
The following messages appear in the JES JOBLOG:
+IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
+IKJ56247I FILE INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
+IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
+IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
The following messages appear in the JES SYSMSGS:
IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
IEF237I 850C ALLOCATED TO SASHELP
IKJ56247I FILE INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
IEF237I 850C ALLOCATED TO MAPSGFK
IKJ56247I DATA SET INFO-RETRIEVAL NOT PERFORMED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
IEF237I 850C ALLOCATED TO MAPSSAS
These messages appear only for the libraries that SAS does not expect to be allocated prior to SAS initialization. The messages do not affect SAS return codes and can be ignored.
To prevent the situation that causes these messages to occur, specify the SAS system option NOFILEMSGS.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
